We use QuickBooks Online as my accounting platform because it is the clear industry leader and is robust enough to handle all the accounting needs of virtually all small businesses. The integration of third-party multitude of apps like time tracking, expense reporting, and online bill pay make it an even more efficient accounting system. This increases accuracy and saves a tremendous amount of time and money.
Our bookkeeping and accounting services include:
- Catch-up bookkeeping -- We will clean up your books, review and update your chart of accounts, and ensure that your system is set up correctly and that your books are up-to-date.
- Capturing and properly coding all bank and credit card transactions -- Most of your transactions flow through your bank account. We will make sure that all of those transactions are recorded in the correct accounts so that you have accurate and up-do-date financials.
- Financial reporting -- Through QuickBooks Online you will have access to up-to-date financials with the click of a button. Once a month or once a quarter, it depends on your needs, we will get together online and walk through your financial to see how your business is doing and where you might improve.
- Management reporting -- Want to know who your best (and worst) customer are? What about slow-moving inventory items. We can track that with QBO management reports.
